Signal and speed issues can be sorted out on the DELL M4800 model by updating to the latest driver version.
The final driver package releases supporting the (discontinued) 7260, 3160 and 7265 Rev. C Wireless module families are both version 21.10.1 (included Wireless driver version is 18.33.17.1 and Bluetooth driver version is 20.100.5.1).
