Here are the steps on How to Divert Calls on Vodacom, MTN, Telkom, And Cell C using USSD:

  1. Open your phone’s dialer.
  2. Enter the USSD code for the type of call forwarding you want to set up.
  3. I Want to select “Unconditional call forwarding
  4. Dial the USSD code*21* <phone number>#.
    • Replace<phone number>with the number, you want to divert your calls to.
    • Make sure to include the country code if the number is not in South Africa.
    • For example, to divert all incoming calls to 0812345678, you would dial *21*0812345678#.
  5. Press theSendorCallbutton.
  6. After pressing the call button Popup the message on your screen.
