Disabling the "Try the new Outlook" toggle using the registry

Open Registry Editor (Regedit.exe).
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Options\General.
Find or create the HideNewOutlookToggle value (if it doesn't exist, create a new DWORD value).
Set its value to 0.
Restart Outlook for the changes to take effect.
